These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at www.cuckoldville.com By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use CVille if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. User Accounts
   • Registration: Users may create an account on CVille to participate in our chat rooms. Please note that the site requires separate accounts for the main social network and the chat rooms, as they are not yet integrated.
   • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
   • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account (NOTE: dual accounts are NOT allowed.
2. Content and Conduct
   • Content Posting: Users can post text, images, and videos. We encourage content that fosters positive interactions and community building. However, users must ensure that they own the rights to any content they upload.
   • Prohibited Content: We prohibit hate speech, illegal activities, and other disruptive content.
   • User Conduct: Users are expected to engage respectfully. Spamming, harassment, or other disruptive behavior may result in warnings or account suspension either temporarily or permanent.
3. Community Standards
   • Code of Conduct: At CVille, we strive to create a friendly, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone. We are committed to promoting respectful and engaging chat rooms where users from all walks of life can connect. Offensive comments about another person’s heritage, lifestyle, sexual orientation, medical condition, or mental health will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the site in extreme cases.
   • Homophobia: Dislike of or prejudice against people of homosexual orientation will not be tolerated. Abusive or offensive remarks about someone’s sexual orientation or lifestyle choice are prohibited across all site areas, including social media feeds, chat rooms, and discussion forums.
   • Racism: Racism is unacceptable on this site. Derogatory or abusive comments about another chatter’s heritage may result in removal from the site. Offensive remarks about someone’s race, heritage, or ethnicity will not be tolerated.
   • Religious Discrimination: CVille welcomes people from all religions and expects users to respect others’ religious beliefs. Healthy debate is encouraged, but abusive or discriminatory comments may lead to removal from the site.
   • Abuse, Harassment, and Discrimination: Abusing, insulting, or harassing another user is not allowed. We understand that banter between online friends happens, but abusive language, swearing, or direct insults aimed at another user are not acceptable.
   • Disputes: CVille staff will not involve themselves in disputes between users, except to help diffuse situations. If disputes arise, the first step should be to use the block function. However, if a dispute escalates or causes significant disruption, a staff member may intervene to resolve the issue.
   • Drug Talk: Any discussion regarding the use or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
   • Disruption and Flooding: Flooding the chat with repeated lines of text to cause disruption is not allowed. Disruptive behavior that causes distress or extreme irritation to other users will be addressed by staff and may result in a ban in extreme cases.
   • Banned Words: We uphold a list of banned or blocked words in our chatroom, topics are: incest, rape, forced sex, scat, violence, illegal drugs. Mentioning terms like pervert, taboo, no limit, extreme, and family members who have nothing to do with our chatroom topics are not tolerated and or system blocked.
   • Online Safety: For your own safety, we strongly advise against sharing personal contact information with other users. CVille holds no responsibility for the consequences of doing so. Content with the purpose of exposure, doxxing and or revenge porn is strictly prohibited.
   • Sharing of Images: We love to see your pictures on the public stream and enjoy seeing what everyone loves most. However, we do expect you to use a level of common sense over what you share.
   • Spamming: We do not allow the spamming of other websites similar to ours. If you wish to share a website on our public stream for another purpose, please seek admin approval first.
   • Fake Accounts and Misrepresentation: While we support everyone’s right to anonymity, we retain the right to remove any user found to be misrepresenting themselves for sinister purposes.
   • Underage Chatters: This site is for users aged 18 and over. Anyone caught lying about their age will be removed. If you suspect another user is underage, report it to staff immediately. Any user continuing to communicate with or about an underage chatter in private, without reporting it, will be removed from the site.
   • Sharing Another User’s Personal Details: Under no circumstances should any member share another user’s personal details. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the site.
   • Scammers: We advise against responding to requests for money or gifts from other users. Anyone found to be running a scam operation within the website will be removed and may be reported to law enforcement.
   • Reporting Another User: Please use the report form on the website for any complaints. All reports will be investigated by a member of the team. If your complaint involves private messages, your report can help us identify patterns of behavior.
   • What You Can Expect from CVille Staff: Staff are selected for their problem-solving skills and positive attitude. Staff will be friendly, unbiased, and will not engage in trolling or offensive behavior. Staff will join in chat rooms to make newcomers and regulars feel welcome. Staff will not share personal information about members. Staff will not discuss previous identities or when a user was last seen on the site. Staff will not discuss warnings, kicks, or bans with other users. Questions about bans should be directed to the website’s contact page. Abuse of staff members will not be tolerated.
4. Content Ownership and Moderation
   • Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.
   • Duration: Public content, including text, images, and videos, is automatically removed after 24 hours. Content shared on the (friend's) news wall is retained for up to 30 days. Private messages are kept for a maximum of 7 days. *Flagged content can be kept longer for legal reasons.
   • Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
   • Account Suspension/Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated, your content may not be automatically deleted.
5. Privacy Policy
   • Data Collection: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. External Links
   • Third-Party Links: CVille may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or actions of these external sites.
7. Liability
   • Site Use: CVille is a fun and casual platform. Information shared on our site should not be taken as fact, and we do not accept liability for any data loss or damage.
   • Backups: We take regular backups to protect data; however, users should not rely solely on this and should keep their own backups.

   • Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. Users will not be individually notified of changes, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes: Any disputes arising from the use of CVille will be taken seriously and resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Account Deletion

• Deleting Your Account: Users can request their account to be deleted by private messaging to an Admin. Accounts will stay accessible for 30 days after the request and will only be deleted if they have not been used after the initial request. Logging back into your account after the request will be considered as you have revoked your deletion request.

12. Services

• Free Use: Currently, all basic chat services provided by CVille are free of charge. But there are some premium features in the form of BRONSE / SILVER and GOLD memberships.
